I came up with these ideas and I've been searching but I couldn't really find anything online for the recipes.
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions that could help or if anyone knows a delish recipe that could contribute
Chocolate Truffle Meringue Cake.
Decorated with a golden leaf nouget, chocolate maroon with ganache.
Possible thinking of putting some kind of meringue mousse for the layers
Something light but thick and flavorful.
A Strawberry Rhubarb Consume with mascarpone panacotta and sea salt caramal
Rustic Apple and Pear tart w/ Bourbon crème fraiche
Crème Brule Flight w/Vanilla bourbon and Chocolate Pistachios
Lemon Chevre Shortcake, w/ Balsamic glazed berries and Almond cream
I love to play with food ideas but I looked at this and didn't answer because I didn't know where you were going with some of it.
Maybe you could just pick one idea and ask for help, some of these sound like a bit of a "mish-mosh" but maybe you are just not being specific enough in your details (or punctuation) for anyone to help.
Like what is this: Crème Brule Flight w/Vanilla bourbon and Chocolate Pistachios? Did you mean vanilla, bourbon, and chocolate "covered" pistachios? or vanilla bourbon pistachios? or creme brule flight with vanilla? Pistachios scattered on the top of it? Inside it? Served with it?What do you mean by "Flight"? Punctuation and details- narrow it down and you might get more assistance.
I don't mean to be critical at all, I am just trying to help.
Maybe try making Limoncelo Liqueur Tiramisu with white chocolate shavings rather than dark chocolate for the topping. It was a success when I made it last week. Great idea (< pat's herself on the back) because in summer we may want to stay away from the oven when it"s hot.
You will need a large rectangular pan (I make the cake for 12 people and freeze leftovers) Pavesini cookies for the layers that form the cake, Limoncello liqueur to be used with coffee to dip the cookies in and the mascarpone has to be very fresh. If you can find the ingredients I will type the recipe later.
I'm not quite clear what you're looking for, but here's a stab at an answer. It may be helpful to break your ideas down into component parts, find recipes for each component and alter as necessary, then combine elements. With the truffle meringue cake, for instance, you may want to look at recipes from.Alice Medrich or Pierre Herme, and mix and match until it suits your vision. None of the component parts of any of the combinations seem difficult, particularly if you are
comfortable altering recipes. Just start experimenting.
