Vegetarian food off 93N in NH?

My daughter and I are driving up to NH later today because we have to pick up my son from camp very early tomorrow. She's a vegetarian; I'll eat anything. Are there any decent places fairly close to 93N that will have something for both of us? We're going as far as Plymouth.

Surely someone knows a decent place to eat heading up that way? I'd love to have even one rec before we leave in a few hours.

Sorry, wish you had posted earlier but for future reference, in Concord NH there is the Indigo Cafe on Hall Street. Take either exit 12s or 13. Easier directions from 12S - go south on 3A, turn left at lights onto Hall street. It's in an industrial park on your left. Haven't been there but have read lots of good reports and they make a fantastic carrot cake.

Hall Street runs between the two exits connecting Rt 3A/South Main Street with Manchester St.

Thank you--we'll try that next time we're up there. We ended up at a deli in Plymouth that had some good veggie wraps. Our trip was sort of spur of the moment, anyway, as we decided to go up one day and back the next due to my hatred of driving.

that's too bad, I could drive forever. Not sure where you were coming from but manchester has some nice options too. Republik has nice farm to table options and many of the Common Man restaurants have creative salads (concord, windham, ashland, plymouth).
