We haven`t been to Bozeman for a few tsummers & the last visit was pretty average as far bas dining out gvoes.
Any new spots opened up that anyone would recommend? Interested in good quality food. budget is not a big concern but quality definitely is!
Love Bozeman!!
Thanks,

There aren't a lot of choices... my favorites for dinner would be, in order, Sweet Chili (Thai) - has a busy and popular atmosphere and decent enough food. Blackbird Kitchen is also popular (I haven't been in over a year) - note that they don't take reservations and it can get busy. Weekend nights especially.

call5105 - since you need to be in Belgrade/airport, you could just head straight up Jackrabbit Lane, skip Bozeman, and go to the Mint.

Holdthecow - thanks for the suggestion, that's exactly what we're going to do. I found a lot of really good buzz online about the Mint, so I left a message to make a reservation.

      Rich,
Did you find anything out there worth visiting? We'll be in Big Sky next week, but need to be in Bozeman one evening to pick up some friends at the airport, so I'd love to hear if you know of any quality food spots (similar to you, price isn't an issue, quality is more important).
