Going for a sunday meal Morts or Good Day. Which is better?. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I have never been to either.

I've only been to Good Day and then only for breakfast a few times. My opinion: Good Day runs its paces pretty well but is not a place that I would choose to recommend if someone asked me for a restaurant for a meal. The food is perfectly good, abundant, a little pricey, and totally unimaginative. If you're looking for a pleasant meal in shiny bright atmosphere, you will be satisfied.

Depends what you are looking for. I am not a huge fan of Mort's as I think their pastrami and corned beef has a lot to be desired for the price (or at least compared to other big city jewish style deli's). I have been there 4 times and maybe once was it a really good experience. Just my .02 though. I would probably do Good Day. But both are very different...hard to really compare.
