Smoked Whitefish and Cudighi [Marquette, MI]
We decided to stay in Marquette another night and today are making a day trip to Eagle Harbor area. Is there anywhere in town or around that will sell Cudighi fresh or frozen? We want to take some home but have several days we will need to keep it on ice. Also, we ate at The Vierling last night, it was great. Does anyone know if they smoke their own whitefish or if we can buy it local?

For cudighi, you might try Ralph's Italian Deli in Ishpeming. Their on US 41, across from the Ski Hall of Fame.

You should be able to get frozen Cudighi at one of the grocery stores. Mama Russo's brand is local and good! I really like their meatball mix, too.
Thill's Fish House smokes their own whitefish and many local restaurants get their fish from them...
