Best Prosciutto sandwich in Hoboken?

Hey all. We just moved here, and one of the big requirements we're looking to fill is a great Italian deli. But not just any great Italian deli, one which can scratch our itch for a prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, and tomato sandwich, preferably on some amazing bread.

We used to have a great place back where we were from, but now we need to find something new!

Any suggestions?

Well, Fiore's is certainly a great Italian deli. The only problem is I never tried their prosciutto and while they have some of the best muzz I've tried - it ain't buffalo.

Considering Vito's does the Boars Head thing, they in a very solid second. I haven't been to Luca Brasis', however, I have heard only decent reviews about them.
