Who's got some great witbier?
It's stinking hot again today ... supposedly cooling off a bit tomorrow and Friday, then back to stinking hot. (Still, I'm not in Kansas this week, so counting my blessings). So who's got some great witbier available? Cold, crisp, unfiltered, hints of cardamom and citrus but not overpowering.
Brewed onsite would be ideal, but anywhere with some first-quality microbrews on draft is fine too. Failing that, some good imports (No, not Hoegaarden. The *good* stuff.)

Just off the top of my head...
Eagle Rock brewery usually has their witbier called Manifesto on tap.
I was at the newest Lucky Baldwins on Colorado (by the Pasadena city college) and they had Blanche de Brussels on tap.
Also Far Bar in Little Tokyo had Hitachino Nest on tap but that was a while back so I would call first to see if it is still there.

I think that Tony P's Dockside Grill has some on their beer menu...at least you'd be cooler overlooking the Marina while you drank something off their list (even if no witbeir is consumed)...
