Where can you buy seitan in Atlanta? I've looked at the Dekalb Farmer's Market. Maybe I don't know how it's packaged or what, exactly, I'm looking at when I see it.

  1. I'd be surprised if it was at YDFM. Have you tried Tomato? I've only been to the Cobb Pkwy/Windy Hill location attached to the Umezono but I think there's a NW OTP location as well. Buford Highway Farmers Market might have though I kind of doubt it. Should be in the fridge section since it's perishable.

      2. I know this post was from a while ago...but if anyone is still looking (like I was recently) you can get it at Sevananda Natural Foods, for sure, down in Lil 5 Points off of Moreland.
