Where can you buy seitan in Atlanta? I've looked at the Dekalb Farmer's Market. Maybe I don't know how it's packaged or what, exactly, I'm looking at when I see it.

    I know this post was from a while ago...but if anyone is still looking (like I was recently) you can get it at Sevananda Natural Foods, for sure, down in Lil 5 Points off of Moreland.

      Another place to try would be Return to Eden market on Cheshire Bridge.

        I'd be surprised if it was at YDFM. Have you tried Tomato? I've only been to the Cobb Pkwy/Windy Hill location attached to the Umezono but I think there's a NW OTP location as well. Buford Highway Farmers Market might have though I kind of doubt it. Should be in the fridge section since it's perishable.
