Food delivery service in Fairfax, VA?

Hello DC Chowhounds! I have a relative in Fairfax who could use some help at home, and I was hoping to get her some food delivered. Ideally I'd like to find something like a personal chef who drops off readymade meals, but if you have suggestions for a food delivery service (something like Seamless Web) or certain restaurants or supermarkets that might deliver, I'm open to any suggestions.
