Per Se Lunch - any difference?
Planning on making a reservation at Per Se for a Saturday. I've found it more enjoyable to do big meals like this at lunch rather than dinner. Any reason to think the lunch experience will be less awesome than the dinner? I think we will still do the usual 9 course menu.

The only differences are (1) it will be light outside the windows the whole time, and (2) you are less likely to get smashed.

2nd paragraph says it's $185 for the 5 course lunch.

$295 for the 9-course menu (it's on the website). The 5-course is not shown, but I believe it's $175. Gratuity is included. $40 supplement for the foie gras.

The one time we've been to per se, it was for lunch. A lovely way to spend an afternoon.

Other than Per Se offers a choice of both 9 course dinner menus and a 5 course lunch menu, I think the experience should be just as wonderful. Of course I'm saying that since I just made a lunch reservation to celebrate my mother's birthday.
