Hoosier Mama Savory Pie
My friend at Hoosier Mama is going to kill me, but I have to recommend their insanely labor intensive BBQ Pork Shoulder Pie. I only ordered the 5 inch pie because I didn't want to be an insane glutton, but now I'm filled with, not only pork, but regret that I should have sprung for the full size! The meat is sweet, melt in your mouth soft, with the combination of that butter crust? UNF. Does anyone else have great savory pie recs from HM?
