has anyone seen Black Garlic in S.F, on the Peninsula or San Jose?

I have never heard of it, but came across another post in the Home Cooking section and now I am curious.

I've only seen it at Berkeley Bowl, but it's a small package and easy to miss, so pays to ask.

Yes... I've seen this item at Berkeley Bowl West this past weekend.

Packaged as whole heads in the produce section...

And loose gloves... Oddly enough, at the check-out stands...

Try the Korean grocery stores in S.F. (there's a few on Geary Blvd) and Sunnyvale and Santa Clara. Do a google search there's half a dozen or so.
