MOzen Bistro brunch or Simon's

I haven't been to either before and am trying to decide between them (not the various other brunches - have been to Sterling brunch a few times and already fitting in the Wynn Country Club Jazz brunch) - which of the two would you recommend?

I love great food (especially seafood), Champagne and a relaxing brunch with a set price.

Of the two I would choose Mozen. The Nantucket eggs is one the best breakfast dishes I have had in a long time. It is basically eggs benedict but the English muffins are replaced with Nantucket jumbo lump crab cakes.
