Near(ish) Lewis and Clark vegetarian?

Will be visiting colleges w my vegetarian teen. Anything delicious near Lewis and Clark College? We do have a car so we can drive a bit for something special. Anything like Ubuntu from Napa here? Thanks from a SD hound!

Portobello, I think at SE 12th and Division. Across the river, but probably only 15-20 minutes. I've heard some really good things from a few friends. Pretty sure it's entirely vegan.

If your vegetarian teen will eat Thai food (how do they feel about fish sauce, etc?), Dang's in Lake Oswego is good. Nicer than most Thai places, but not necessarily fancy or special.

If you are looking for something special, almost any good restaurant in town will be able to accommodate a vegetarian.

If you can describe what you are looking for (don't know what Ubuntu in Napa is, sorry) you might get more help.

Ubuntu is a sort of temple to high-end vegetarian food, combined with a yoga studio in the city of Napa. They grow their own herbs and some of the vegetables.

Thanks! Blossoming Lotus sounds great. Ubuntu is a veg restaurant that my carnivore husband loved thoroughly. So if he joins us, I'm hoping to preserve the peace. Any suggestions for restaurants that do veg as well as they do omnivore food? We love all cuisines and are adventurous.
