I think I have a good plan for Venice-thanks to some great responses here. We are looking for the best 2 or 3 places in Bellagio for 2 dinners and 2 lunches that are not total tourist traps. We will probably mix it up a little and can go from simple to high end. Looking for the best combination of food and atmosphere. Also will travel to someplace nearby for something truly exceptional or one of a kind. Thanyou very much if you can help.

Don't miss Albergo Silvio - you'll find details in earlier postings and the place has not changed.

Wife and I stayed a few days at Silvio 8 or so years ago. The proprietor brought in the nets around noon so the fish was fresh. The dining room was full of locals every night. Take a look at their websight.
