I'm talking grilled or rack- (not stewed osso buco type). Who has the best?

Osso buco type recipe for lamb shanks in "A Platter of Figs", David Tanis. I understand from a butcher that this is quite popular. The shank is cut in 3 pieces.

I've seen it with lamb, but that's why I wrote type, to signify the style. Anyway, how about grilled lamb chops?

          Cole's Chop House.

Although they seem eschew the local product for New Zealand lamb on that menu whereas some other restaurants,Mustards, offer local lamb.
