I like Fortunato but would never have considered it a candidate for a top ten. I would agree with the choice of Il Convivio. And there it stops. I had an awful evening recently at Il Tempio di Iside, and really really wanted to like it. Roma Sparita is nothing special. I have no recent experience of any of the others. For a reason.

pretty much agree with the other posters. I would say that L`archeologia, a recent find for me is fast becoming one of my favorite places for Sunday lunch.
And it saddens me to say, that while I have adore Ditirambo for years, I had a horribly disappointing meal there not so long ago, and the one before that was not so great as well. hope they get it together.

We've try to keep discussion on our regional boards focused on chow in those areas, rather than on discussing food critics and other media issues, even if they have a local angle, so we've moved some discussion about Diane Seed over to our Food Media board at: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/796434
