Anything to look out for at lunch time in Kichijoji ?

I have been visiting Tokyo for a number of years and like to spend an afternoon or so in Kichijoji - nice park, relaxed suburb. Is there any worthwhile to look out for at lunch time ? I'd prefer Japanese and would be fine with a home-cooking style lunch set if it's good. I've wandered into various random places before and the experience has been somewhat hit-or-miss.

    I'm a big fan of the Sendai-style beef-tongue dishes at Rikyu: http://www.bento.com/rev/3533.html

Steak House Satou for Matsusaka beef, near the JR Station.
