That little "gourmet" section at Sigel's on Inwood is a real sleeper. I only wish I lived closer. They have things that cannot be found anywhere else in Dallas.

All to the credit of Theresa Magee. After an abundance of her enthusiastic samples earlier today, this cheese mouse's fridge is well stocked with danish tilsit, St Agur blue, and an intoxicating stinky soft washed tallegio, which is in my opinion on par with Epoisses (which she will have in September). And she roasts ducks for me, with a 2 hour phone-in time.
