Gluten-free Las Vegas

I am heading to Vegas in a few weeks with a group of friends. One of them needs to have a gluten-free diet. Any good suggestions (We'll mostly be on the Strip) for what good restaurants are good and gluten-free friendly? We are rather open eaters, with a variety in price, cuisine, and ambiance.

  1. Lotus of Siam is used to dealing with this issue, and the best part is that certain dishes can be modified with a surprising lack of diminishment. I'd still call in advance, though, and let them know, and also make sure that the waiter understands as well.

    1. My wife is a celiac too but has never had a problem in Vegas, dining at mostly French places for dinner and Bouchon (mostly) for breakfast. Most restaurants are now sensitive to gluten-intolerance and can provide things like gluten-free bread or sauces or whatever. Just let the server know.

      1. Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris has a gluten free menu.

        1. I may be hallucinating, but I think Aureole offers quite a few gluten-free dishes, but I believe you need to call at least 24 hours in advance.
