Gluten-free Las Vegas

I am heading to Vegas in a few weeks with a group of friends. One of them needs to have a gluten-free diet. Any good suggestions (We'll mostly be on the Strip) for what good restaurants are good and gluten-free friendly? We are rather open eaters, with a variety in price, cuisine, and ambiance.

I may be hallucinating, but I think Aureole offers quite a few gluten-free dishes, but I believe you need to call at least 24 hours in advance.

My wife is a celiac too but has never had a problem in Vegas, dining at mostly French places for dinner and Bouchon (mostly) for breakfast. Most restaurants are now sensitive to gluten-intolerance and can provide things like gluten-free bread or sauces or whatever. Just let the server know.

Lotus of Siam is used to dealing with this issue, and the best part is that certain dishes can be modified with a surprising lack of diminishment. I'd still call in advance, though, and let them know, and also make sure that the waiter understands as well.
