Panas Empanadas in Dupont Circle - Report

A big thumbs up for this tiny spot on P St that serves wonderful baked mini-empanadas in 14 exotic flavors. I tried a combo of six, which are served with a soda, a small sack of plantain chips, and two dipping sauces for about $11.50. All six flavors I tried were very good, with the tamal (corn, cheese, jalapenos) being my favorite and probably the tuna my least favorite, but really there is no way you can go wrong.

Makes for an excellent cheap dinner.
