not to miss in nashville

I will be in Nashville in a week or so for 2 days. What are the restaurants/food things to do in town that are absolutely "do not miss" ?

    One of Las Palettas more exotic popsicles like hibiscus or avacado. 12 South near Sevier park.

      And for your fancy dinner, City House. Or for a REALLY fancy dinner made with ingredients raised/grown by the restaurant itself, Capitol Grill in the historic Hermitage Hotel.

        Crema for coffee.
        Prince's or Bolton's for Nashville hot chicken.
        Yazoo for a pint of local beer.
