Best ever chocolate sauce?
I'm making profiteroles this weekend and I'm tired of my old chocolate sauce recipe. Who has a killer recipe to give me as a substitute?

If you don't want to use chocolate, I think key lime curd filled profiteroles sitting in a small puddle of raspberry sauce would be refreshingly different.
I just use chocolate ganache, thinned w/ cream/alcohol so it'll harden to the right consistency after it cools.
