Distilled vinegar in olive salad?

This is an obscure question, but I have faith that the Hounds here will have the answer!

Short version: does the olive salad at Central Grocery, Maspero's or Napoleon House have distilled vinegar in it?

Longer version: I'll be going to New Orleans and am dying to have a vegetarian muffuletta, as hotly debated here:

However - and here's where it gets obscure - I am catastrophically allergic to distilled vinegar. Every single other vinegar - red wine, balsamic, rice, whatever - is fine. It's just distilled vinegar that's a problem. Hence my question.

Not sure if this helps or not. It just says "vinegar".

Thanks! That helps a ton. If it says "Vinegar" it's usually distilled.

Central Grocery sells theirs by the jar at the counter, so there should be a list of ingredients right on the jar.

The only way ro be sure is to ask before ordering. All are in close proximity to one another. Move on to next venue if they use distilled.

I agree. Viewing all the vinegars and vinegar contining products in my pantry (mostly hot sauce varieties) the only one that says distilled is the bottle of white distilled vinegar. However, all vinegars, no matter what their base, can be distilled.
