lunch in kingston nr. Fleishers (with some dietary restrictions)?

Going across the river tomorrow on a rare outing to Kingston to go to Fleishers butchers. Since I don't get over to Kingston much am wondering if there'd be a lunch option worth the effort (as opposed to eating at home before I go). All cuisines are fine but I am on a low carb diet and don't like eggs so:
need meats or fish, no pasta, no potatoes, no rice, no breads. No carrots or corn. Anything that fits that and is worth it?

That thread really doesn't help since it pretty much mentions only one real lunch place (INdian) and spends more time on Saugherties. I still hope for someone to reply to the specifics of my query.
