Taco Trucks That Cater Events?

Does anyone know if there are any good taco trucks in Manhattan that cater events? I'm hoping to find a truck to drive out to eastern Long Island for an event (happy to pay for travel time and costs).

    The taco truck is at the high line today. Usually there a few times a week.

        I know they aren't based in Manhattan, but The Taco Truck in Hoboken (they have a truck and a brick and mortar location) caters events in Jersey, the city, and Long Island all the time according to their Twitter/Facebook posts.
