Restaurant Communion

Just wondering if anyone has any feedback to share regarding Restaurant Communion on rue de la Commune in Old Montreal.

I am looking for a spot in Old Montreal with a terrasse. I checked the menu on-line and saw that the menu seems to be mostly shared by 2. I wonder if anyone has been and can speak to additional items on the menu. I don't think my dinner partner and I would have the same taste.

Any other terrasses with a decent menu in OM? I couldn't seem to find much. I really want to eat outside tomorrow but would like to try something other than Da Emma.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Has anyone had lunch at Communion recently? If so, how was it?

I went once for dinner with a large group, and we had a special menu, so I can't comment on the menu and pricing, we had a prix fix for the group. Food was pretty good. I'm trying to remember, it was back in January: none of us were wowed, but we had a good meal. Would not mind returning again, if circonstances called for it. Must be nice in the summer with the terrasse.

Not much to share yet.

A collegue of mine has tried it and said it was good, but I've yet to try it myself. Cute place, still fairly empty when I pass by during lunchtime, but it is fairly new. It's on my list to try soon, I'll report when I do.
