Where to buy Sucro?
I am looking to buy Sucro (It seems the most common brand is Texturas) for use in a cocktail next week. Is there somewhere in the city that carries different molecular gastronomy ingredients that may carry it? If not, is there a website that carries it?
Thanks so much- I have checked a ton of websites and most of them are telling me that texturas sucro is out of stock. I am waiting to hear back from gourmet food ideas actually.
Is there an alternative to sucro that works just as well? We are trying to make tabasco air, so I was thinking maybe soy lecithin?
