Tuscany - Stuffed Zucchni Blossoms

I am looking to enjoy stuffed zucchni blossoms when in Tuscany later this month. Does anyone know of any locations in Tuscany? Last time I was in Italy I looked everywhere and could not find any.

(Will be in the following areas: Florence, Siena, Chianti, Livorno, Pisa, Tirrenia, Lucca, La Spezia, Cinque Terre, and Vicenza - though I know it is not Tuscany).

I think of zucchini blossoms stuffed with mozzarella and anchovy as a Roman thing.

Try Ristorante Le Vedute near Fucecchio. Sometimes on the menu. Usually stuffed with either vegetables or forcemeat. Sometimes braised, sometimes fried.

Zerlina, stuffed zucchini blossoms are a staple in Toscana, at least where I live. Mostly made at home. Don't see them that often on the menus in restaurants.

BTW sweetteach, neither the Cinque Terre nor La Spezia are in Toscana either.
