Chinese take-out in Encino or Sherman Oaks?

I'm visiting, and need some recommendations for good Chinese take-out in Encino or Sherman Oaks. Any suggestions?

Hong Kong 88 on Sepulveda is decent. As is MB on Ventura. Both in Sherman Oaks.

It won't compare to San Gabriel, but I think the best options are Sam Woo on Sepulveda and Victory and Bamboo Forest on Burbank and Kester.

Sam Woo does not deliver. They have very good bbq pork and roast duck. I haven't ordered much off their regular menu.

Bamboo Forest is more Americanized Chinese, but the most consistent I've found in this area. They have very good hot and sour soup, and good dishes like kung pao, volcano shrimp, and mongolian beef. A personal favorite is the bbq pork egg foo young.

No real success in that part of town...toobad because Im there often..id suggest going to Northridge's Tampa Garden?....in a mini mall at Tampa and Roscoe...call ahead bc they are notoriously slow but worth it...
