floppy french fries

Hi! I'm new here. I searched for french fries and didn't find anything (that doesn't mean it's not there...). Folks always tout their thin-cut crispy french fries. But I like mine slab cut, soft in the center and, well, kinda floppy. Anyone know where I can order fries like that?

You can go to any McMenamin's location and get floppy fries. In fact, I've found that most places that cut their own produce fairly soft fries. Shouldn't be too hard to find.
