Round Sirloin Tip Steaks??
At a friend's home helping out and having to cook dinner with just what they have on hand (no way to go to the store), which for proteins, means a package of thin, tenderized Round Sirloin Tip steaks and other than to jacquard and use for chicken fried steak, I'm drawing a blank.
Can these be sliced thin and used for beef stroganoff or beef tips in gravy? I've got pasta, potatoes and rice and assortment of veggies. Just not sure how to best cook these lil buggers.

I would think a quick fry in butter with garlic and salt and pepper would work out .
Braising them of course is the best option to keep them tender, but a quick fry will work and the butter should keep them moist.
A nice balsamic glaze after the fry or braising would go nice mixed with the pasta
Having just made chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes, cream gravy and lima beans (what? it sounded good - if a weeeee bit on the filling side!) I am at an utter loss as to why you'd need any other recommendation.
