If you don't need a large quantity, you should be able to hit just about any grocer for Bob's red mill, I know , kowalski's, Lunds/Byerlys, Whole Foods I believe too.

Not in St. Paul, but I saw fresh stone-ground durum flour at one of the grain stalls in the Mill City Farmer's Market.
