Where can I buy good semolina flour in the downtown/Summit Hill area of St. Paul?

St. Paul Cheese Shop may be your best bet.

If you don't need a large quantity, you should be able to hit just about any grocer for Bob's red mill, I know , kowalski's, Lunds/Byerlys, Whole Foods I believe too.

Not in St. Paul, but I saw fresh stone-ground durum flour at one of the grain stalls in the Mill City Farmer's Market.

I am pretty certain that Cossetta's will carry it.

You can buy semolina flour in bulk at the Mississippi Market.
