You can hit up the La Costa resort for breakfast at the Blue Fire grill and then head over for a massage and then some zen tea at the Chopra center.

Take the water taxi over from Gaslamp to Coronado, rent bikes and then have breakfast at the Hotel Del..walk the boardwalk, swim and then finish it off with marg's and fish tacos at the Brig.

Rancho Valencia resort in RSF and then a stop at Chino's.

The Lodge at Torrey, Green Flash in PB, World Famous or Kono's..

    Happy Anniversary!

For an anniversary, nice setting plus nice food, maybe the Mediterranean Room at the La Valencia.

For just food, maybe Cafe 21 in University Heights.

Not overly romantic, but, The Mission, has the best breakfast in the city. Not fancy. but very good. The rosemary bread and blackberry jam are craveable.
