Question about The Gorbals - Speed? for Pre-theatre dining

Hi all,
Re: The Gorbals... are they pretty quick about taking your order and getting food out? The restaurant doesn't open until 6pm. I would need/hope to be out of there by 7:30pm, while experiencing a healthy portion of the menu. For anyone that's dined there, is this a safe bet, time-wise?

    Thanks for the input! It'll just be a party of 2, so we won't be getting to the pig head unfortunately. Doing some research on what to order as we speak.

      If you have a large group, they will move at a snails pace. The pig's head takes quite a bit of time so you probably wouldn't be able to order that.

        HI, yes they are good and speedy. We arrived early not realizing they open at 6, when we had a concert at Staples where doors were at 7, got there around 7:20, settled in to our seats right on time for the show. A concert is more relaxed than theatre, so my advice is know what you want to order before you get there in order to save some time. Maybe they have a menu on line? Have fun! The food is FANTASTIC!!
