Both fresh and canned are available at Fiesta Farms.

You can get fresh ones at a few of the fruit and veg stands in Kensington Market.

Canned are widely available now--Loblaws, NoFrills, Highland Farms carry Mexican brands like San Marcos.

I don't recall for sure, but I'm willing to bet that you could find both fresh and canned at one of the Latin American stores in Kensington Market.

Definitely at Kensington Market and oftentimes Whole Foods carries them.
