Romantic restaurant?

Likely has been asked before...looking for somewhere to go for an anniversary dinner with husband. Ideally romantic, not too loud and good atmosphere. Central Toronto would be great.

      Do you have any cost limits? Any type of food you prefer/dislike? How important is the wine list?
