Where can I learn how to make Kimchee in the DC/NOVA area?

I would love to learn how to make korean food and kimchee. Do any korean restaurants offer classes?

    I purchased an excellent CD there in 2007, which has recipes and video instructions (in English) for over 80 different kimchis and banchan.

      It maybe easier to do a youtube search of korean cooking maangchi its a series of korean cooking videos and few cover the topic of how to make kimchi. Hope this helps
