White Lilly is back at Surfas!

We went by there today to pick up burrata which they were out of but happily discovered that the White Lilly line is back. They have self rising, all purpose, bread and even cornmeal mix. They are priced around $6.50 for a bag and according to staff, they are going quickly.

    Hm... that's cheaper than having it shipped for values less than 20 pounds. I may have to stop in during Carmageddon.

          I called today and asked if they have the cornmeal. YES!! I'm so excited about finding White Lilly that I plan on baking again. Thanks to the OP for the alert!!

      I may never get to Heaven, but this'll bring me mighty close. Thanks, Mattapoisett, for the wonderful news. Low-protein White Lily is the biscuit flour of choice. It was a crying shame several years ago when the company stopped selling at retail out here, but all's well that ends well -- assuming it's not just a Yankee trick to force Rebs into the open.
