Haru-Ulala does not have a dedicated parking area.

In addition to street parking, there is a garage about five doors West of Haru-Ulala, fairly cheap (around $5 flat, I think). Be careful if you park here, because they lock it up fairly early.

Japanese Village Plaza off of Central charges a flat $3 after 5 or 6 pm.

If you are patient a parking spot usually opens up on 2nd Street, just keep your eyes peeled.
