Aruba: casual and on a budget

Hi 'hounds,

My wife and I are planning a trip to Aruba and wanted to know of recommended places for casual meals, with good food and (relatively) inexpensive.

There are tons of great reviews on here but they seem a bit geared toward high-end restaurants - which we have nothing against and certainly plan to patronize from time to time - but were just hoping to have some options for something quick and casual, but a bit more interesting than the hotel buffet.

We'll probably be staying in the Palm Beach or Eagle Beach area.
