Preppy restaurants??
Okay, my fratboy nephew asked where the preps hang out and I have no idea. All I could think of was JG Melon but the crowd might be too old for him. He's a foodie (Babbo is his favorite), so good food would be a plus. Price isn't a consideration, but a young-ish crowd would be preferred.
He'll be visiting next month and wants to make reservations. Thanks for any leads!

Dorrian's Red Hand...look at today's "Who Goes There" on Eater.com for a description--another preppy type place is Pete's Tavern near Grammercy Park...food at both is forgettable (but if you bring ear plugs and a blindfold, you'll have a good time while your nephew will likely enjoy the "scene.")
