Gluten Free Traveler Looking for B&Bs in the Carolinas

Hi there,
Anyone know of a B&B in the Carolinas (hoping for a mountainous/lake region -- would love somewhere in Asheville) that is family/kid friendly and caters to people with food allergies?

I know it's a stretch coming here but I haven't been all that successful with the Google.
