Near 1st & Beaudry? People cooking in a parking lot?

On my way home from yoga on random eves, I see a small crowd with people cooking in a parking lot when I turn onto Beaudry from 1st...does anyone know what is cooking up there?

IMO this is the very best of all the taco trucks or outdoor taco stands. Nice people too The downside is that sometimes the lines and waiting times get kinda long. There are a couple of small tables but eating space is usually standing room only. They are normally there 8PM - 12 AM or until the food supply runs out. They usually announce their comings and goings on twitter.
