Bodega on Baldwin or Mercatto on College?

Has anyone been to Bodega recently?

Which has quicker service?

Need a quick, Continental, Italian or French meal close to College & St. George.

Thanks for any comments.

Mercatto. If they have a fish special it is usually pretty good.

      Thanks, JennaBean.

Has anyone tried their grilled octopus?

Mercatto's patio was perfect for our quick dinner. I tried the grilled octopus, 'nduja sausage, potato and rapini antipasto, and the watermelon gazpacho, which were both decent. My friends were happy with the diavola pizza, salsicce, arancini, fried calamari & arugula salad. Nice server. Certainly a good bet for a light, quick meal near College & University.

I have been to Bodega once.. and will never return. I don't know if it was just an off night or what but the service was snotty..the food was mediocre. I went as I heard it was good and walked out totally disappointed.

Haven't been to that Mercatto, but have went to others and its average Italian, I like it for lunch time pizza.. Good for a quick bite though.
