I need a great Italian restaurant around Arthur St. neighborhood. Great food, casual atmosphere.

Depends if you're a hipster or a gavone....If the former, yeah, Roberto's. If you're looking for an old world Bronx Italian/American red sauce one of a kind Arthur Ave back in the day experience, I would still go with Domincks.

I'll pass on a recommendation from a Sicilian friend who frequents the Arthur Ave. area, though I've not yet had the chance to check it out: Trattoria Tra di Noi.

Roberto's on Crescent St. is the best (and most expensive). More "family festive" than casual, though. Their much more casual sister restaurant on Arthur Ave. is Trattoria Zero Otto Nove, but note that they now have a Manhattan branch of ZON as well.
