PJ Clarke's @ Caesars Palace has an Oyster Riot Happy Hour; 3-6pm Sun-Thursday. Just a buck a bivalve. Awesome.

Since i posted, I have come to learn that Harrah's has an oyster bar. I will look at PJ Clarke's hh menu. Might be a better option for DH who is not an oyster fam.

Bouchon also has an oyster bar -- not cheap, though!

RM Seafood downstairs (the less formal part) is an option.

Second vote on Dave's entry -- RM Seafood (in Mandalay Bay). Incredible oysters, attentive service.

SeaBlue (in the MGM at the back towards the pool) has a great Happy Hour special in the lounge with $1 oysters - lovely fresh oysters with great condiments. Had them twice, delicious both times. They are house choice, once they were Fanny Bay and I have forgotten what they were the second time. Not exactly an oyster bar, but a great deal with good service and good beer and sangria specials too.

I think Todd English Pub has a decent selection.

Seablue quietly started charging two bucks a shuck a few months ago. Told them i would Chow this. Just getting around to it now. Still like the place but.....

Trip's not until the end of Oct so I will have to keep on this. RM sounds like a possibility as does the $2 happy hour at MGM
