Soft Shell Crabs - Where to Buy?!

I can't find them anywhere for a decent price....only thing I'm finding is at Point Loma Seafoods and they are going for $6.50+ per. My parents were getting them back home (mid-atlantic region, granted) for $2 a pop for Whales. Got me thinking how badly I need to find them here in SD. Anyone have any clue?

They usually have them fresh at Blue Water for $5.

          "Sashimi Grade" soft shell crabs.

Sorry, I don't get it. Are they eaten uncooked?
