Adrian's Truro?
Has anyone tried Adrian's in Truro this summer with Gil Wilson cooking? What did you think?

I went last night for dinner. I've been to Garden at the Cellar in Cambridge a number of times and always enjoyed it, so wanted to try Gilson's cooking in his summer digs. My parents and I absolutely loved our meal. The restaurant was eerily quiet for peak season - I'm not sure how well they've publicized the chef.
It was pizza night, so there were a few interesting offerings, but we went for a clam pizza with corn and bacon. It was a nice, thin-crust pie, appropriately crunchy. We also got the clam chowder. The clam chowder is more appropriately called braised pork belly with clam chowder. The dish is served with a beautiful large chunk of pork belly in the middle of the bowl, perfectly tender and flavorful.
For entrees I got duck with bitter greens, maple jus, and cumin cakes. The skin could have been crispier, but it was otherwise perfectly cooked. Dessert was fresh blueberries, pistachio gelato, and yuzu curd. Everyone loved their dishes and I plan on returning while Gilson is cooking there. -
