Help! Surprise engagement party room!
Hi guys,
I'm throwing my brother and his fiance a surprise engagement party and I'm looking for a place to host the event. I would prefer a private room that either provides food and liqour or we bring our own catering and liquor. I think the number of people would be about 40 with a bit of a grace. Please help me out those who know Toronto!

I want it to be sometime in July just for excitement's sake. I'm flexible with the date although I would prefer it to be a Friday-Sunday but if that's not possible then a weekday would work too. Time, I would say about 7-8 oclock? Location wise we're pretty flexible. Burlington, Oakville, Missisauga, Toronto. We can have the guests drive no big deal. Budget wise I'd like to keep it under 1000. The less the better but a nice soiree. Thanks!

Ask around to your friends and find one with a condo party room and bring in some rentals and catering. You'll get a much better bang for your buck and if you rent the glasses and plates you send them back dirty so very min clean-up. It will be a serious challenge to do it for $1,000 any other way in my opinion. Good luck!
